Please read, understand and accept our terms and conditions regarding the use of our website, products and services.

PLACING ORDERS

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Glowfast Marine prior to an official purchase being made.

Website Security

To protect your details, we use 128-bit SSL security. However, while we make all reasonable efforts to ensure the integrity and security of the server, we cannot guarantee the server will be free from unauthorized use or hacking.

PRICING

Our prices are not subject to variation. However, Glowfast Marine reserves the right to make unforeseen adjustments due to market conditions, product discontinuation, errors in advertising and other extenuating circumstances.

PAYMENT

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal. Alternatively you may fax through credit card details to us on Aus +61 3 9018 6581 US +1 424 785 153 UK +44 203 287 9316 alternatively customers can fax to +61 3 8677 3338.

Once we process your order, all customer credit card details are deleted and no record of such is held.

Local buyers may also pay via money order or direct deposit.

FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD USAGE

We have no means of determining a card-holder’s authenticity at any stage during the order process, therefore Glowfast Marine P/L shall not be held liable nor in any way responsible for fraudulent credit-card usage on our website resulting in the subsequent payment and delivery of products. Nor will we be liable for refund of monies, in part or full, should a purchase be made by persons illegally.

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST) AND OTHER GOVERNMENT DUTIES

A Goods and Services Tax of 10% applies to all products within our cart for orders shipped to an Australian address and will be automatically added when your order is processed. International sales are not liable for GST. However, please note that some countries may impose customs duty or taxes on imported goods. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs agency for further information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are sent via your choice of service with products in stock to be sent out within 3 working days.

Postage and shipping costs to countries other than Australia can be calculated once you enter your details and add the item to your shopping cart (Please note you can remove items from the shopping cart at any time should you not wish to proceed).

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your Glowfast purchase please return them within 14 days of receiving either for a refund or exchange. Download the return form, fill it in and post out to the address below with your Glowfast product. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees when returning items and Glowfast Marine does not take any responsibly for the arrival of returns. All returned goods must be unused and in their original state or they will be not accepted. Glowfast Marine will pay the shipping cost on one exchange of goods after that it is up to the customer to pay for the cost of sending out more goods
